HES NEW! I based the hat on the ID =bad-blood made. And I gave him eyes! What has the world come too!

Edit: At =Droneguard and =Cenakuu's request I got rid of the little line at the mouth
At =Abfc's request I made the out lines less harder
And I animated it :lol:
